Non Recyclable and Recyclable Rubbish

This is our Pie Graph showing what portion of our rubbish is recyclable and what is not in Room 6. Unfortunately we had more non recyclable then recyclable rubbish but it was a close finish.

45.5% recyclable and 54.5% not able to be recycled. We are putting more rubbish in the landfill than making new things.

Room 6 needs to look at how we can reduce the amount of rubbish we bring and how we can recycle more.

Cyprus: holiday reading report.

During the holidays we read three books in the holidays and complete it. We have to do it so we can be good at reading Dark. My books are Knights and Dingy castles, Captain Underpants and Boy VS Beast. The Dark Knights and Dingy castles took place in the UK, Captain Underpants took place in USA and Boy VS Beast book took place in Australia.

There was a song in the book called Dark Knights and Dingy Castles, but I forgot what the name of the song was. On the Captain Underpants there is a activity and you just have to flip the page backwards and forwards. On the captain underpants book there was a dance page and you had to dance with just 1 leg it was kinda hard dancing with 1 leg.

There was another activity in the captain underpants book you had to make your own cape  know how to make one. On the boy vs beast book there was cool pictures.

If something is biodegradable it will break down into the earth.

These things take 1 yr to break down.
