Find the word study by going to STUDENTS then SPELLING. Read this week’s word study 25 April Anzac Day and complete the following.
Word Study
1. Look out for the focus word combination and list as many words as possible that have this focus.

2.  Find 5 nouns and 5 verbs from the word study article.

3. Choose 6 words from the text and write an antonym next to each word.
Spelling
4. Find the 5 spelling mistakes from the word study article and provide the correct spelling.

5.  Find 3 examples of either a preposition, a conjunction or an interjection.

6.   Pick 3  words from the text and put them into a word bank at the top of your paper. Write 3 clues relating to each word and leave a blank after the clues. The words can be related by similar categories. Examples:  Coat, raincoat, hat,____________ (answer: jacket)
